SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All Butters and Balm products are packaged in insulated shippers with cold packs to ensure your products maintain optimal levels of quality. All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order has been placed. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns
Butters and Balm has a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your product(s) to request a return. Please note: All Butters and Balm body butter sample packs and gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at buttersandbalm@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label and specific shipping instructions will be provided. Items returned to us without initiating a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Butters and Balm will gladly allow exchanges to be made. To exchange a product, your item must be in the same condition as it was received, in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return has been successfully accepted, you will be able to make a separate purchase for the new item(s) of your choice.
Damages and Unique Issues
At Butters and Balm, we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality products that are shipped with care. In the rare event that your shipment is received damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at buttersandbalm@gmail.com immediately so that we can do our very best to promptly resolve the issue.

Refunds
Upon the receipt of your product return, we will inspect your return to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If your return meets the criteria, you will be notified and automatically refunded on your original form of payment. If your return doesn’t meet the criteria, you will be notified as well. Please keep in mind that due to banking and/or credit card company processing times, your refund may not automatically post to your account at the time Butters and Balm issues your refund.
