What should I do if my products are melted when I receive my delivery?
Easy fix! Just place the container(s) in the refrigerator overnight, and your products will set into solid form.
Can I request a refund after 3 days of having my product?
Unfortunately, all refunds must be requested within 3 days of receiving your product(s). Please refer to the Butters and Balm Return policy for complete details.
